New Roller Rink

If you need a break from the convention crowds during San Diego Comic-Con 2026, lace up a pair of roller skates and head to one of San Diego's newest waterfront attractions. Ringer's Roller Rink is opening a brand-new location at Seaport Village on Tuesday, July 21, giving Comic-Con visitors another exciting offsite activity just minutes from the San Diego Convention Center.

The new roller rink sits along the beautiful San Diego Bay, offering incredible harbor views while you skate. Whether you're looking for a family-friendly afternoon, a unique date idea, or simply want to stretch your legs after spending hours on the convention floor, Ringer's delivers a fun San Diego experience that's perfect during Comic-Con week.

If you are in town on July 21st, you can celebrate the grand opening, guests can enjoy free public skating and complimentary skate rentals from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Following the free community skate, the celebration continues with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, live DJs, professional roller-skating performances, giveaways, and additional paid skating sessions throughout the day.

Even if you don't plan on skating, the venue is worth visiting. The waterfront rink features concession stands, a photo booth, merchandise shop, and plenty of space to watch the action while enjoying the scenic views of San Diego Bay.

Located at 821 W. Harbor Drive, Seaport Village is an easy walk from many downtown hotels and the Convention Center, making it a convenient stop before or after your Comic-Con adventures. The rink will be open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with public skating sessions available throughout the week.

If you're building your Comic-Con itinerary, Ringer's Roller Rink is an excellent addition to your list of offsite activities. Between exclusive convention events, themed pop-ups, and now a scenic waterfront roller rink, there's no shortage of ways to experience San Diego beyond the exhibit hall.
